Welcome to the website: PRO AI TEXT DETECTOR, which provides service to detect if the text has been written by AI (hereinafter: “the Website” and the "Services").
In August 2025, Amendment 13 to the Privacy Protection Law came into effect, requiring us to clarify how we collect, store, process, and manage personal and sensitive information provided by you or collected through the Website (hereinafter: “Amendment 13”).
This policy is written in the masculine form for convenience only and applies equally to all genders.

 

Purpose of the Policy
The purpose of this policy is to ensure full transparency and to describe how your privacy is protected, what rights you have, and what information-security measures are taken to protect information stored on the Website.

 

Types of Information Collected
At this stage, we do not collect any information about you other than the identity of the country from which you browse the Website.
However, in the future we may collect the following information about you:
• Identification and contact details: full name, phone number, email address, home/office address.
• Communications with us: messages through the Website, emails, phone calls, online meetings, and WhatsApp or SMS messages.

 

Consent to Provide Information
You agree that the provision of information is made voluntarily and with your full consent. You are not legally required to provide information; however, please note that withholding information may prevent us from providing full professional service.
The information will be stored in our databases and may be used for the purpose of providing our services and for sending professional and marketing updates, subject to the law.

In the event of a material data breach, we will conduct an immediate investigation and notify the competent authority and, as necessary, affected individuals and other relevant parties, in accordance with legal requirements.

 

Your Rights
In accordance with the Privacy Protection Law (including Amendment 13), you have the following rights:
• The right to access information stored about you.
• The right to request correction or deletion of inaccurate or unnecessary information.
• The right to request removal from marketing mailing lists.
• The right to restrict processing or object to certain uses of your information.
• The right to object to direct marketing.
• The right to file a complaint with the Privacy Protection Authority.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be published on the Website. Your continued use of the Website or our services after the publication of such changes will constitute acceptance of the updated policy.
